Work Rehab is a rehabilitation provider, delivering case management and integrated return to work services to veterans who require assistance transitioning into civilian work and life.
Over the last year Work Rehab has supported 77 veterans to find and secure paid employment that aligns with their skills, aspirations and interests. Their team is passionate about working with veterans, and have the life skills required to sensitively navigate the complexity and impacts of service.
Work Rehab have recently developed and delivered 11 online tailored job seeking training modules enabling veteran clients to become independent job seekers and an online ergonomic assessment tool for veterans working from their home environment. Work Rehab has a good association with the veteran community and observe strong case management principles.
