Prime Minister's Veterans' Employment Awards
The Prime Minister's Veterans' Employment Awards recognise the achievements of organisations and individuals in creating employment opportunities for veterans and supporting their transition into the civilian workforce.
Celebrating veterans in the civilian workforce and the organisations that support them
We want to celebrate businesses of all types and sizes that employ and support veterans and spouses of current serving Australian Defence Force (ADF) members. We also want to celebrate and recognise the significant achievements being made by veterans in the workplace and veterans who've built on their ADF experience to start up or take on a successful business.
The Awards have given us a platform to highlight our incredible veterans. They truly make us better and we're honoured to be recognised.

Meet the judges
Nominations for the Prime Minister's Veterans' Employment Awards are evaluated by panels of independent judges who collectively bring a wealth of experience from the ADF, business and industry groups, and the public service. They're lead by Head Judge Sir Angus Houston AK, AFC (Ret'd).

Discover past winners and finalists
Check out the stories of past winners and finalists — from big corporations to local businesses, all of them have policies or programs in place to attract, recruit and retain veterans because they have experienced first-hand the benefits that veterans bring to business. You can also see some of the exceptional veterans that are making significant contributions to the civilian workplace.
We encourage all organisations interested in supporting veterans' employment to help us promote the Awards through their communication channels. Resources to promote the Awards, including social media tiles and videos are available.
