Vertical Scope Group is a security-cleared specialist, providing end-to-end ICT and cyber security consultancy services, including recruitment management, to federal government departments and corporate clients.
Of the eight employees, three have served in the Australian Defence Force.
Where Vertical Scope Group has shone is through its WorkPath Australia program. Since its launch in 2021, Vertical Scope Group has assisted over 55 veterans gain full time employment, with an additional 23 at various stages of the program.
The program supports veterans up to 24 months out from their separation date, providing dedicated support through the entire employment process from CV development to interviewing and gaining full time employment.
Currently all those who completed the program are still employed in their original roles.
