Penelope Twemlow has 18 years’ professional experience in strategic and operational management, project and risk management and governance and compliance. Penelope also demonstrates people management, organisational culture and communications skills across demographics and a range of disciplines, including time in the Royal Australian Navy.
Penelope is the Founder and Chair of Women in Power whose mission is to promote and improve the advancement of women within the electrical and electrotechnology industry. After realising her own potential to provide a variety of consulting services to top tier mining, resources, construction, oil, gas and energy organisations, Penelope also started General Manager Pty Ltd.
