Claire is a social entrepreneur with a robust background in science, technology, and marketing communications. With a deep passion for innovation and positive change, she has been driving impact through her work for over eight years. As the co-founder and Strategic Director at Human Quotient Group (HQG), Claire has spearheaded the development and success of the Cowork Coplay program. Her leadership in strategy, marketing, and service design has been instrumental in shaping the program, which addresses critical needs for veteran families.

Claire’s journey began as a partner of an ADF member in 2011. Inspired by her experiences and the challenges faced by defence families, she launched her own business in 2015. Claire’s entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of the Cowork Coplay program, designed to offer career development, community connection, and childcare in a supportive group setting. This program runs for half a day per week over six to eight weeks, combining workshops, self-directed learning, and peer support to empower veteran families.

Recognising gaps in existing services, Claire’s mission with Cowork Coplay is to amplify human capability and address the needs of those supporting ADF members. The program not only provides practical career development but also fosters a strong sense of community among participants. Through her work, Claire has established a robust network of alumni and a dynamic online presence that raises awareness about the issues faced by ADF partners.
