Christine is the visionary Co-founder of Spouse Force, an initiative dedicated to transforming career opportunities for military spouses. With a distinguished background as a high-level executive in the Australian Public Service and as an executive recruiter, Christine has channelled her extensive experience into addressing the unique challenges faced by those supporting ADF service members.
Inspired by her marriage to Ken, a full-time Warrant Officer with multiple deployments to East Timor, Iraq and Afghanistan, Christine founded Spouse Force in April 2023. Her deep understanding of the career disruptions caused by mandatory relocations led her to create a solution that offers remote professional employment opportunities perfectly situated to the mobile lifestyles of military spouses.
Spouse Force significantly reduces the financial and emotional impacts of frequent relocations on military families, thereby improving the retention of its ADF members. The organisation excels in delivering top tier writing and editing services, including web content, recruitment scribing and strategic plans.
Under Christine’s leadership, Spouse Force has emerged as a beacon of innovation and social impact. The organisation has successfully bridged significant workforce gaps, providing valuable jobs and tailored training that empowers military spouses to maintain fulfilling careers despite the demands of military life. Christine's expertise in career development and her commitment to supporting the veteran community shine through every facet of Spouse Force.
Spouse Force stands as a testament to Christine’s unwavering commitment to turning challenges into opportunities and fostering a thriving inclusive workforce.
