Callan Gardner is a standout figure at Stryker Australia’s distribution centre in NSW, where he leads as Site Manager. A veteran of the Australian Army, Callan served as a Rifleman with the 2nd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment (2RAR) from 2008 to 2012. His military journey included a deployment with the MTF3 in Afghanistan in 2011, where he played a key role in supporting and building capacity with the local Afghan Army. Callan describes his ADF service as one of the most challenging and exhilarating periods of his life.
Since joining Stryker Australia in 2011 Callan has been an invaluable asset, overseeing the management and distribution of crucial medical supplies across Australia and New Zealand. His skilled handling of complex logistics and calm demeanour in high pressure situations have been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of Stryker Australia’s daily activities.

As deputy chair and foundational member of the Stryker Australia’s South Pacific Veterans Association (SSPVA), he passionately advocates for their issues working tirelessly to support his peers and their families.
