They offer a dedicated Veterans portal including news and events, a military skills translation resource and a veterans’ network to allow veterans to connect and provide peer support.

The AMS Group Executive team fosters the company culture through careful staff selection, particularly into management roles. They know what it takes to be successful, the stressors in their type of work, and the character traits required. Ex-military personnel are very well aligned with their company core values: Innovation, Accountability, Excellence and Respect. It is for these attributes AMS Group actively seek out ADF personnel.
