Kelly is the Co-Founder and Director of Green Fox Studio, a creative agency, and Green Fox Training Studio, a social enterprise.
Through Green Fox Training Studio, Kelly and her team have been working side by side with prisoners in the Queensland corrections system to help teach them the skills that will provide employment opportunities within the creative industry. Since the introduction of the program in 2019, Kelly and her team have trained more than 200 offenders.
Using her experience as a defence partner who understands the challenges faced by veterans following their service, Kelly has provided additional social and emotional support to the veterans she has trained through the corrections system.
In the lead up to winning Partner Entrepreneur of the Year in 2022, Kelly and the team at Green Fox Studio expanded their client base, while also being able to employ five former offenders. In addition to this, Kelly was also able to employ two other partners of current serving ADF members.
Kelly has been a guest speaker for the Prince’s Trust Australia where she helped educate veterans and partners on the importance of marketing and branding their businesses.
One of the participants of Green Fox Training Studios said that the program has provided them with a brighter future.
